Cameron Oliver is one of the more intriguing players in the draft as he is definitely a first round talent, but will likely go somewhere in the second round. He has great athleticism, a long wingspan, and good defensive instincts/potential. He can also step outside and shoot the midrange or 3pt shot when left open. He has a strong frame (225 lbs) and will only get bigger with maturity and pro level training. Oliver is a good rebounder and is a player who overall has a high ceiling if he's put in the right situation early in his career. Where Oliver struggles is with his motor and feel for the game. If he had a high motor there's no doubt he'd be a first round pick, there are flashes where he shows what he can do when trying, but it's too few and far between. Oliver also settles for tougher shots even when he can get to the basket. However he does have all the skills to be a solid NBA player, but it depends on how he approaches being a pro and how he is developed.
