Robert Williams Jr, like some other prospects in this draft, has jumped into the draft scene due to his physical tools and production on the court. He is a very good athlete who can run the floor and finish lobs with ease, combine that with his length (7'4" wingspan) and you have the makings of an NBA level PF. He shows the ability to shoot the ball, his mechanics aren't terrible and will need some work, but he shows potential. Williams also has all the tools to be a good defender, he has good enough lateral quickness to cover the wing and good size/length to protect the paint. However, it's all about consistently trying hard on that end of the ball as his motor comes and goes. Williams will be a developmental project for whichever team drafts him, but he has tools that can't be taught and if he puts it all together could be a good PF in the NBA.
