Write Up
T.J. Leaf has jumped on to the draft scene with a good freshman year and has been a big part of the UCLA transformation.  Leaf is a good outside shooter and has high stretch PF/C potential.  He plays tough and isn't afraid to battle for rebounds or get physical in the post.  Leaf is also an underrated athlete, he is very mobile for his size and has a surprisingly good vertical leap.  He is a good high post passer and is able to make plays and create his own shot (to a degree) off the dribble.  Leaf lacks strength will need to continue bulking up in order to handle NBA PF's and C's. Overall Leaf will need some fine tuning and development, but he can shoot the ball from the big man position which is very useful in today's NBA.
